Deaundre & Raquel :: Engaged

Deaundre and Raquel are a wonderful couple and I was estatic to meet them for their park setting engagement session. Their wedding is coming up in April and I have been looking forward to their wedding day since I met with both of them earlier this year. Two things stuck out about these two during our session, Raquel is a very organized and awesome bride (bonus) and Deaundre is the sweet, supportive hubby-to-be (double bonus). We met on a GORGEOUS day for their engagement session....enjoy!!!

Chelsea's Senior Pictures!

Chelsea and I have a pretty cool story...we randomly met outside of her church two years ago. We struck up a conversation and somehow photography came up, and I gave her my card.

Fast forward to 2009, she's a senior and she called me and I wasa honored to do her senior session! COOL, huh??!!? We had a great time catching up doing her session and I loved hearing about her plans for college and soccer. Here are some of my favs....enjoy!

One word: model!...okay, maybe a few more words, Chelsea loved taking pictures. She is super photogenic and the camera loved her...we had a blast!

Soccer star!!! Chelsea is going to Tulsa University and going to play soccer for them. This was my favorite soccer picture...she rocked this look!

We feel very blessed to have AMAZING clients, friends, and family. It is out of this that we started our Free Friends and Family Weekend. This year, we are happy to announce that we hold our 2nd annual Free Friends and Family Weekend on Sunday, October 18, 2009. If you have been a client of Synergy Photography, you are welcome to join us, too!

There will also be food, drinks, and fun!!! Session will be scheduled in 30 minute sections but feel free to come early, or stay after your session, to eat and fellowship. Here are the details:

Where: Our House...we are close to 141 and 44

When: Sunday, October 18th from 9am-5pm

How: We will take pictures outside (weather pending!!!) around our 2 acre house and with studio equipment indoors.

Cost: This session is 100% free! You and your family will have a free 30 minute session. You will then be able to view all your images on a FREE online gallery. As a special bonus, you will can purchase prints at 20% off the regular cost!!!

Who: Are you a friend or family member??? If yes, you are invited!!! Are you a client from 2008 or 2009?? If yes, you are invited!!!

Michaela and Grant are ENGAGED!

Michaela and Grant are engaged! I got to meet up with them at Tower Grove Park and it turned out to be my favorite session there EVER. It was amazing because of two reasons: 1. We found a new, amazing spot to shoot at and 2. This couple is super cute together!

Brian and Inga :: Married

Brian and Inga are married!!! Brian and I went to high school together, so this was a very special wedding for me. Brian and Inga are perfect for one another and on their wedding day, you could see that in every way! Inga glowed from the first moment I saw her and Brian was almost gitty about marrying his bride. They had a gorgeous wedding and reception at Riverbend Chapel.

Brian LOVES LOVES LOVES GOLF!!!! So, we got out the clubs and took some fun pictures!


Inga won big points getting Brian an awesome golf bag as Brian's wedding gift.




At the ceremony, Jessie, grabbed this AMAZING shot....I couldn't love it any more. Inga looks beyond gorgeous and Brian is just lost in the moment with her! LOVE IT!


Cute shoes...well, except for Bethany (Brian's sister)...as she was walking down the aisle, they broke! UGH! But she handled it perfectly and just finished barefoot! Way to smoothly play that one off, Bethany!

Inga's and her family are from Latvia....her family came to the states for the wedding. And Inga and her father had the most amazing dance prepared. Inga is a dancer and an amazing one at that....I have never seen so much spinning in my intire life. It was incredible!


As part of the Latvian tradition, as Brian and Inga cut the cake, Inga wore a apron and hat, while Brian had a tie. It was great to see that they brought in some great Latvian traditions to their special day.
