One of my dearest friends just had a baby! Melissa and Cory are proud parents to sweet Sawyer. Here are some pictures the day after he was born...all the way from Sullivan!

Sophie's Infant Session!

I met with Bob, Katie, Claire, and Sophie at their home in Illinois for a fun infant session. Sophie looked adorable and Claire was just too cute...so of course, I had a blast taking pictures of both of the sweet girls! Enjoy my favorites from this session:

Visiting baby Maeve!

I visited Betsy, Jamie, Maeve, and Justice's (their chocolate lab) house to do an infant session. Little Maeve had already grown so much since her birth day. It was great to see them all and meet Justice. Maeve was very alert and I enjoyed getting to hold her. I feel very close to this family and am excited to do many more photo sessions with them in the future.

Betsy LOVES Mizzou! She has tigers everywhere. TOO AMAZING!!! (My father, some aunts, and mother went to Mizzou and my brother goes there now...so my loyalty is at Mizzou, too. Way to raise her right!)




But we had to represent Daddy's school, too!




Holding tight to Daddy's finger...what a great thing to learn early, Mommy and Daddy will always be there for you, Maeve.


LOL! Wonder if this will change any with a baby being in the house...wink!




Betsy's dad got to take a picture of all of us...glad we were able to do this. I feel very close to this family...I cannot wait to do another session with them soon!

Declan is ONE week old!

As most of you know, I had three VERY close birth stories at the end of December and beginning of January...so we pushed baby Declan's one day session back a little bit...he had a one week session. As always, this family had me laughing and smiling a lot! This session was wonderful and included many of Brandon and April's loved ones...including Brandon's dad from Puerto Rico. Enjoy Declan's pictures...I know I sure did!

Brandon and April are so natural here. It amazed me how few poses I needed to put them in. What they did naturally looked perfect.

Sofia's Four Week Session

Enjoy this fun session of baby Sofia. She really did not like taking pictures too much...but she was still really good!

Bryan, Ashely's brother, has been serving our country in Iraq. He was home on leave and so we were able to borrow his Army uniform for a great picture. Please be praying for Bryan as he returns to Iraq on Tuesday.
