Wesley & Holly's Maternity Session

Meet my best friend from highschool, Holly! She is my perfect best friend; she is sweet, wonderful in everyway, and we have been inseperable since high school (even though we live states apart!!!). Two years ago I was able to be part of the biggest day of her life, when she married her husband, Wesley. And now, Holly is pregnant with a sweet little girl, and I cannot wait for her to arrive, but until then, here are maternity session pictures!!!

Rebecca's Maternity Session

Eric and Rebecca have been great friends of Tony and mine since meeting at Missouri Baptist University. We are super close and even got married within 1 week of each other. And when I found out that Rebecca was pregnant, I was sooo excited! So, doing their maternity session was awesome. We had an amazing time! Enjoy just a few of my favorites from the session:

Becki's Maternity Session

Becki and I went to WCA for high school and played soccer together. She always made me laugh and had such a sweet spirit!!! I loved catching up with her through Facebook. The reason that we got reconnected though is heart-breaking. I was on Facebook and saw that her husband had suddenly passed away. I cried and just prayed for Becki (who was pregnant) and her sweet son, Austin. My heart was overwhelmed, but was amazed at the emotion I felt when I attended the wake...Becki greeted me with a smile and I just wanted to cry. Here she was pregnant and I was having to hold back tears and she was smiling!!! I was amazed at the strength she was given, what a testimony to the Lord. A few weeks later, I talked to her about doing a birth story. Birth is such a wonderful time, yet can happen in such a fast BLUR. I wanted her to be able to have this captured so she would never forget any of these memories. After thinking, she agreed and wanted to do the whole thing! So, we met on a gorgeous day at the park.

It was sooo wonderful capturing her maternity session with her sweet son Austin. He especially LOVED the park...and we all had a great time together during the session. Here are some of my favorites from there session. Her c-section is scheduled this week, so I will have more pictures from her birth story SOON!

Katie's Maternity Session!

I have been very busy doing a ton of Birth Stories this month!! And I LOVE IT!! I do a maternity session with the couple, cover the actual birth (no graphic photos taken), and do an infant session. It is an amazing experience for me, but even more importantly, for the parents. I cannot think of a better way to document all the amazing "firsts" of your child's life.

So, I am always excited when I get inquiries about Birth Stories. But, I was beyond excited when I heard from Katie that she was pregnant with baby #2. I was present at her and Bob's first daughter's birth and they were just such amazing people!!! So, I was elated and could not WAIT till I got to see them again at the maternity session! Little Claire was BIG! She is growing up and is such a sweet little girl, full of the sweetest expressions! Enjoy some of my favorite pictures session:

Jenny's Maternity Session

Jenny is the sister-in-law of Betsy, whom I just did a birth story for in August, so I was super excited when she contacted me about doing HER birth story. I already had met Jenny at the birth of Betsy's daughter, so it was great to see a familiar face at the session. I met up with Jenny's family for the maternity session on a beautiful afternoon...enjoy!


They are super cute together...and fun!!




Jenny is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! And that baby bump just makes her look even cuter!!!

Luke is super outgoing and so much fun! He is high energy and loves to laugh...I really enjoyed working with him!

This is the point at which I told Jenny that I was TOTALLY JEALOUS of her! LOL! She is due in just a few weeks and has this perfect little pregnant belly! LOL!
