Baby Kitties!!!

Jadyn's sweet cat, Grey, has four kittens that we are giving away to loving homes. They are sooooo cute and sweet. They will be ready to go home sometime at the end of September or beginning of October. (Nice early Christmas gift.) Let me know if you would like one...or two...wink!

Now here is the challenge for you....3 of the 4 kittens are named off of movie/tv show cat...NAME THAT SHOW/MOVIE!

1. Mrs. Pickles - She is the runt...but is sooo little but precious! Blue eyed calico female


2. Sprinkles - Blue eyed calico female kitty. She is cuddly and has great markings.


3. Milo - All black male (except for a white "bikini" on his underneath side. LOL) who has blue eyes and is soooo sweet. He is super cuddly and is the biggest eater in the bunch right now, and it shows. LOL!


4. Princess - Blue eyed calico female. She is the only one that is not named after a kitten/cat in a movie or show. Instead, named after all the awesome princesses from Disney! WINK!

Tim and Julianne: A Match Made in IRELAND!!!

Julianne, her mom, and I met to discuss her wedding day over coffee and I immediately fell in love with sweet Julianne. I was super excited to be part of her engagement session and cannot wait for their wedding day next spring. But my excitement just grew as I found out a little about her and her fiance's love story. Julianne studied abroad in amazing Ireland and she did exactly what her mom told her not too (LOL), she fell in love with someone. She met Tim, an Irish gentleman, and now they are engaged. I just did their session and wanted to share some of my favorites from their session.

And just for the record, yes, Tim has one of those AMAZING ACCENTS!!! I could listen to him all day. WINK!

Okay, so these two are super silly together. They loved making silly faces and goofing off/having fun together. So they asked me to make sure to take pictures like that...because it is them. And I said, "of course!"






I love this picture because Tim is just sooooo excited to kiss his bride-to-be!




And an amazing night...Tim and Julianne, I cannot wait to shoot your wedding. Take care as you two are traveling back and forth from Ireland!!!


Just FYI, I am in Kansas City for one of my bestest friend's wedding! So, I am on a little VACATION...I will be back to STL in a few days, until then, enjoy this post.

Visiting baby Maeve!

I visited Betsy, Jamie, Maeve, and Justice's (their chocolate lab) house to do an infant session. Little Maeve had already grown so much since her birth day. It was great to see them all and meet Justice. Maeve was very alert and I enjoyed getting to hold her. I feel very close to this family and am excited to do many more photo sessions with them in the future.

Betsy LOVES Mizzou! She has tigers everywhere. TOO AMAZING!!! (My father, some aunts, and mother went to Mizzou and my brother goes there now...so my loyalty is at Mizzou, too. Way to raise her right!)




But we had to represent Daddy's school, too!




Holding tight to Daddy's finger...what a great thing to learn early, Mommy and Daddy will always be there for you, Maeve.


LOL! Wonder if this will change any with a baby being in the house...wink!




Betsy's dad got to take a picture of all of us...glad we were able to do this. I feel very close to this family...I cannot wait to do another session with them soon!

Maeve has made her entrance!!!!

Maeve entered the world on August 6th, and what a great day it was!!!! Jamie and Betsy were very excited for their scheduled c-section and were even more elated when she arrived into the world. Little Maeve was born healthy and wide-eyed. She was one of the most alert little babies I have seen born, and she liked getting her pictures taken. And of course, I loved taking her picture, too. (One more post of sweet baby Maeve this week!)

I love St. John's Mercy! I have been at a great deal of births here, but most importantly, Jadyn was born here. I just LOVE this hospital!


Betsy is very excited to meet her little girl, Maeve.


Jamie is a GREAT guy, but this just puts him over the top! He got Betsy this gorgeous bouquet. That in itself is sooo sweet, but it gets even better! Each flower color/flower means something. The white roses were in her wedding bouquet. The green flowers are for Maeve's birth stone. What a man!




Betsy's doctor was great! He was super laid back and just a fun guy! (He also had his birthday on Maeve's birth day.)

Betsy's Maternity Session

Jamie and Betsy met up with me for a great maternity session on a beautiful evening in Old Town St. Charles. Jamie and Betsy were at ease in front of the camera and had me laughing during the session because Jamie really got into the photo shoot. (I love it when the guys love taking pictures...it is sooo much fun.) They were truley atural together and you could tell that they were so excite to meet their baby. Enjoy their maternity session...their birth story and one week session will be posted soon...

Updating our Website!

This week I am working hard at updating our website with new and fabulous pictures. If you have had your pictures taken by either Tony or I this year, chances are you will be on our new and improved website. So see if you can spot yourself after all the updates are completed. Updates should be done by Friday, August 21st!

(Also, different parts of our site MIGHT be down due to us working on that particular area. Thank you for your patience.)

We're on a CD!...well, we aren't...but our PICTURES ARE!!!!

So, we have had this great announcement for a while and I was sooo excited to share it with everyone! Tony and I have been working with the Goldens for a while on promotional, magazine images, and cd images. And we are so happy to say that Josh Golden has his first CD and we did the pictures! Tony and I had a great time working on this project with the Golden's and pray for the success of this amazing, young man. Tony did this session and I am so proud of the wonderful pictures that he got.
