Preview: Jackson and Katie

Life has been crazy buzy: four weddings in the past two weeks, my hubby is in Canada (for 9 lonnnnnnnngggggg days)....very sad, and I am completing a ton of fun dance studio portraits. But, I wanted to give you a little preview of Katie anad Jackson's engagement session...but come back for more pictures from their amazing sight SOON!


This is definitely my favorite picture of the session...I love the lighting and how it just illuminates them.

Nathan & Sarah :: Happily Married

Nathan and Sarah are such an amazing couple. I have been looking forward to this wedding since I met Sarah at our bridal meeting. Nathan and Sarah are a perfectly matched couple and they had a wonderful wedding day. It was a little hot, but they were champions about still taking pictures outside! I love shoe pictures...they are one of my favorite pictures in the world to take! (Silly, I know...but I just really like shoes.) So I was super excited when I saw Sarah's shoes, they were adorable and classy!




The handsome groom, Nathan. He is one of the happiest guys I have ever met and on his wedding day, he truly was smiling from ear to ear.

Happy Anniversay: TO US!!!!

So...my husband and I celebrated our 3rd year anniversary on June 2nd! Well, technically we didn't celebrate, we were busy from morning to night doing a dance studio session....so we are taking another date to celebrate this year. But with how busy June has been, I am just posting a happy anniversary to my husband.

Tony, I am more in love with you today after 3 years than I was on the day I married you. I thought I loved you then. (Do you hear a song coming on? I really like that song a lot, too!)

I was sooooo excited about being his wife. As pastor Greever said, "You may kiss the bride," I was almost jumping up and down.




Could I be any happier? LOL....nope...I was the happiest girl in the world! I could not have been more blessed!...well, I still feel like the most blessed girl in the world.

Lindsey and Adam :: Engaged

Lindsey and Adam met me in Lafayette Square on a gorgeous day for an engagement session. I enjoyed talking with them and getting to know them both. They are both such sweet people and they are very in love. I am looking forward to their gorgeous fall wedding!!!!

P.S. As an added bonus, I am posting a lot of pictures from this session because I have not posted in a few days...it has been a CRAZY, busy time for me. Enjoy!

This was such a cool touch to their session. We fished! (Well, I didn't...but they did! WINK!) Both Lindsey and Adam love to fish and it was fun to include in their session.


How sweet is Adam...this was totally candid...I love being able to just capture a picture like this. I feel like it completely encapsulates Adam and his love for Lindsey.

Our next boudoir session is on Saturday, August 22nd, 2009. The word "boudoir" is from a French term meaning a woman's bedroom, dressing room, or private sitting room.Boudoir photographs are not so much about revealing "everything" as they are about revealing just enough to show true feminitiy.

$200 (plus tax) Pink Package:
One hour session at The Wildwood Hotel in Wildwood, MO
30 finished images on a CD with copyright release (Review your pictures through a password
protected gallery to pick your favorite 30 pictures.)

Up to three lingerie changes

$320 (plus tax) Red HOT Package:
