Kevin and Colleen: Engaged!!

Kevin and Colleen met and began their love stories at one of my favorite restaurants in the world, Old Spaghetti Factory. They are a great couple and are super cute together. Kevin, Colleen, and Aiden all met me at one of my favorite parks in St. Louis to shoot their engagement/family session. It was amazing!! Check out some photos from their session:

1. We took family pictures. I learned a few things: 1. These three are such a cute family and love each other sooo much. 2. Aiden is a doll and always has the biggest smile always on his face. 3. One-year-olds are more mobile than I remember...lol. Aiden was SUPER fast. I was running to catch up with him.

Baby Annika!!!

Meet sweet Baby Annika! I was able to be part of her amazing entry into the world at St. John's and also did an infant session at Annika's house shortly after she was born. Annika was welcomed by big brother Will and sister Emma, and, of course, proud parents Erika and Greg. Enjoy pictures from these two sessions...


Greg was an incredibly supportive husband, he was constantly there for Erika. It was great to see!

Annika let us know she had arrived. She had a great set of lungs....but as soon as she got close to her mom, she was completely quite.


Award given to the BEST NURSE, Kristen, at St. John's! WOW! I have worked with a ton of nurses in my line of work, but Kristen impressed me beyond words!!!! She was soooo helpful and explained everything that was going on to Greg and Erika. Not only was she great in the O.R., but she also made a few alterations to Annika's hat (you can see later in my post.) Here she is letting Greg listen to Annika's heart beat...yep, she was AMAZING!!!!

Adam and Lindsey :: Married!!!

Adam and Lindsey had an absolutely gorgeous wedding day! The weather was PERFECT, the locations were stunning, and the bride and groom looked wonderful. It is the type of wedding day that every photographer dreams of...and to make matters even better, Adam and Lindsey are simply AMAZING!!!!! Here is just ONE reason that I loved working with Adam and Lindsey, they did whatever it took to get some AMAZING photos. They didn't even blink when I suggested them getting into this textured field. Gotta love a brave bride and groom who are willing to get these shots.


The reception was held at the fabulous Kemp Auto Museum. I think that this is my favorite cake picture ever! Definitely going to be on the website.


Their first dance was beautiful.

The Rill Girls...plus a hubby...

I went to high school at WCA with the Rill girls...not only that, but I also played volleyball with them, too. They were awesome girls in high school so needless to say, I was beyond excited when Alicia emailed me and said she wanted to a "family/kids" session with me. The girls wanted to do a session of the "kids" for a Christmas gift for their mom and dad...plus Alicia's hubby would come along. It was great seeing them all!!!
